Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at hello@joniskincare.com.au within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. We may ask for photos to help us assess the issue.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing times for funds to appear in your account.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
